Please click on 'Create Account', which is located in the drawer on the left hand side of the website. You will be prompted to a new page. Kindly fill in your details as requested before clicking 'Create'. Registration should now be complete and you should receive a confirmation e-mail on the address you registered with.

Select 'Forgot Your Password' on the login screen and you will immediately receive a 'reset password' link on your registered email ID.
thechicpad.in gives you the option of shopping as a guest too. However, we highly recommend creating an account as it gives you easy access to past orders and also helps you earn loyalty points. You even checkout faster on all future orders as your information is pre-filled every time you log in.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Yes, you may change/cancel your order as long as it is not dispatched from our warehouse. To request changes, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details as soon as possible since orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
If you are a member, you will be able to modify your order by yourself without the need of contacting us. To do so, you need to login to your account. On the 'Account' page you will see a 'Cancel or Edit' Link against your order. Using this link, you can add more items to your order, fix a messed up shipping address or even cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped.
In a rare case, if you do receive a damaged/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Mention you Order ID & send pictures of the damaged item to email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.
If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
We are happy to offer a 7-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.
You will get a store credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for 3 months.
We have a free reverse-pick up service. In case your pin code isn't serviceable, you will need to courier the product back to us at your cost.
It will take 15 to 20 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.
We provide free delivery within Mumbai. For other Metropolitan cities (New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, Pune, Surat, Jaipur) the shipping charge is calculated at the time of checkout.
This depends on the type of product, mode of payment and location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse.
The delivery person will give you a call before they arrive at your delivery address.
If you are not available, the parcel will be delivered to anybody responsible at the given address after verifying the relationship.
We make only 1 delivery attempt. Hence, if nobody is available to accept the delivery, you will need to pay a fresh delivery charge (as per actuals) in order for us to ship it back to you. Alternatively, you may choose to collect your package from our warehouse in Thane.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery. COD is currently available within Mumbai only.
