ACCOUNT & WEBSITE
Please click on 'Create Account', which is located in the drawer on the left hand side of the website. You will be prompted to a new page. Kindly fill in your details as requested before clicking 'Create'. Registration should now be complete and you should receive a confirmation e-mail on the address you registered with.
If you have already registered, you can login with your credentials & enjoy shopping :)
Select 'Forgot Your Password' on the login screen and you will immediately receive a 'reset password' link on your registered email ID.
Is it necessary to have an account to shop on 'thechicpad.in'?
thechicpad.in gives you the option of shopping as a guest too. However, we highly recommend creating an account as it gives you easy access to past orders. You even checkout faster on all future orders as your information is pre-filled every time you log in.
I am unable to add items to my cart? Do I need to enable cookies in my browser?
Cookies need to be enabled on your browser to allow you to add product(s) to your cart and access your account information. If you are using a public computer, or share your computer with others, be sure to log out before leaving your computer to protect your account information. You can log out by clicking the 'Logout' link in the drawer on the left hand side of the website.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes, you may change/cancel your order as long as it is not dispatched from our warehouse. To request changes, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details as soon as possible since orders are sometimes shipped immediately. We can't change or cancel an order once the shipping process is initiated.
What if I receive a damaged product?
In a rare case, if you do receive a damaged/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Mention you Order ID & send pictures of the damaged item to email@example.com and we will take care of the rest.
What if the packaging of the products is damaged upon delivery?
If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
I would like to return something I bought. Is that possible?
We are happy to offer a 7-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.
What about my money?
You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for 3 months. This can be redeemed against any purchase made through our web store.
Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?
We cover the return shipping fees for the following cases:
1. You are not satisfied by the product received.
2. You receive a damaged or incorrect order.
In case the order was placed incorrectly, you will need to courier the product back to us at your cost.
How long does it take to process my return?
It will take 10 to 15 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.
SHIPPINGIs there an additional shipping charge?
We offer free shipping on orders that are above Rs.495 within Mumbai. For other cities, shipping charges are additional. These rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
This depends on the type of product, mode of payment and location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 4 to 7 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. You will be notified via email when your order ships from our warehouse.
Generally, all orders are dispatched on the next working day. (Working days exclude Sundays & public holidays)
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
If you are not available, the parcel will be delivered to anybody responsible at the given address after verifying the relationship.
What if I am not home when the package arrives?
We make 2 delivery attempts. If you fail to accept the delivery twice, you will need to pay a fresh delivery charge (as per actuals) in order for us to ship it back to you. Alternatively, you may choose to collect your package from our warehouse in Thane.
What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Net Banking, Bank Deposit and Cash on Delivery.
